"Library Hours" Facetime
Missing the solidarity and community that comes with working in the library, some seniors created "Library Hours," a group chat used to coordinate impromptu, hop-on-hop-off, group study sessions via FaceTime. Just like it would have been in the library, we worked quietly and, often, late into the night. The attached image is a screenshot from the penultimate day of the semester.

Virtual SLAC Open Mic
SLAC had to transition all programming to a virtual setting in mid-March. Some SLAC series were able to hold events similar to what they were doing on campus, including Open Mic, who decided to hold Zoom Open Mic events. Some series, like Dance Parties and Traditions, had a harder time transitioning into remote events, and were instead replaced by Instagram Live events, such as remote dance parties and midnight breakfast-themed bingo. SLAC won a Student Leadership Award for their Spring 2020 programming, both on-campus and virtual.
